• Once an order is placed on our Website, it cannot be cancelled.

• We do not accept cancellations for products that are in transit or delivered.

• We do not offer refunds on products that are in transit or delivered.

• However, in exceptional cases, at our sole discretion, we may review the reason for a refund request.

• If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-7 working days and credited to the original payment method or to your bank account.

3. Conditions for Refunds

Refunds may be provided only under the following conditions:

• The product was damaged during shipping, and you notify us with supporting photographs within 24 hours of delivery.

• The product you received is incorrect or different from your order.

Important: Refund requests without valid proof or submitted after 24 hours of delivery will not be entertained.
