1. Cancellations
Once an order is placed on our Website, it cannot be cancelled.
We do not accept cancellations for products that are in transit or delivered.
Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.
2. Refunds
We do not offer refunds on products that are in transit or delivered.
However, in exceptional cases, at our sole discretion, we may review the reason for a refund request.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-7 working days and credited to the original payment method or to your bank account.
3. Conditions for Refunds
Refunds may be provided only under the following conditions:
The product was damaged during shipping, and you notify us with supporting photographs within 24 hours of delivery.
The product you received is incorrect or different from your order.
Important: Refund requests without valid proof or submitted after 24 hours of delivery will not be entertained.

5. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products (food products), we do not accept returns once products have been delivered and opened, except in cases of damage or incorrect delivery as specified above.
